It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Draft outputs require review by qualified legal counsel before filing or distribution to investors.
The trial gives you full access to all features in your selected plan for 14 days. No credit card is required when you sign up. At the end of the trial period you can subscribe to continue access, or your account will be paused. There is no automatic charge without a payment method on file.
Bluprynt accepts PDF and DOCX versions of Form D filings, Private Placement Memoranda, subscription agreements, and operating agreements. The system supports Reg D 506(b), 506(c), Reg A+ Tier 1, and Tier 2 offering structures. Custom offering structures may require additional configuration for Enterprise accounts.
Yes. You can upgrade or change your plan at any time from your account settings. If you upgrade during the trial, the trial clock continues on the new plan. Downgrading is available at the end of a billing cycle.
The audit log captures every disclosure draft generated, every user review action, every restriction change flagged, and every export performed. Professional and Enterprise tiers include full user attribution and timestamp records. The audit log is exportable as a CSV or JSON file for use in regulatory exam documentation.
Annual billing is charged as a single payment at the start of each year at a 15% discount from the monthly rate. Starter annual is $3,048/year ($254/mo equivalent). Professional annual is $7,128/year ($594/mo equivalent). Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 30 days but include the full 14-day trial period before the annual charge begins.
